Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy:

  1. This delivery policy of Nairobi Run (“We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Nairobi Run”) governs the method of delivery of the delivery of T-shirts supplied upon registration ( This delivery policy is incorporated by reference in the “Terms & Conditions”.
  2. Should there be any inconsistency between this Delivery Policy and the Terms & Conditions of Sale, this Delivery Policy will take preference.
  3. We will provide the Delivery Service for fulfillment of your registration and will ship to the physical address within Nairobi County.

Delivery Options:

Please note that we shall initiate the shipping & pick-up availability of items starting TBC.

The delivery will be fulfilled on working days (from Monday to Friday). Our T-shirts usually ship out within two working days depending upon order confirmation and your selected delivery address and availability of the chosen size at the warehouse. With regard to the pick-up centers, these shall be available for T-shirt pickup during working hours (10 AM to 4 PM) on working days (from Monday to Friday).

Shipping fee:

  1. The shipping fee rates are reflected on the registration page for regions within and outside Nairobi. These maybe subject to change and registrants are advised to check rates before registering.
  2. Please note that shipping fee is not refundable even if you request forfeiture of your registration.
  3. If you have not received the Product within the estimated delivery time specified, you may contact us via our website or by email (
  4. Orders can be delivered only within Nairobi County of Kenya.
  5. No deliveries will be made on public holidays and during weekends

Delivery information:

Orders for delivery within Nairobi will be dispatched by motorcycle courier and delivered within 48 hours.

Up-country orders will dispatched by Posta’s Expedited Mail Service (EMS) to the nearest collection point and delivered within 10 working days.  We will contact you in advance of shipment to confirm your preferred Posta collection point.

The products will be delivered to the delivery address you specify in your order. Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address and contact details as incorrect shipping instructions may delay the delivery of shipment and we may have to bill you for a second delivery attempt or even miss the shipment.

If your address is not available for delivery on courier’s network, our courier will contact you to obtain the most convenient address that the t-shirt can be delivered to.

If your order is being delivered to a business address, please be advised that our courier will deliver to a mailroom or delivery point and will request a signature from the mailroom supervisor; our courier does not require a signature specific to the order details.

If you provide a home address which has a reception or concierge service, our courier will deliver to the concierge. The concierge can sign for the delivery as long as they have a fixed location In the reception or within the building.

Questions about Missed Delivery or Damaged T-shirt:

Missed Delivery:

  1. In the event that no one is available at the address at the time of delivery, a note will be left to advise you whether your order has been left in a safe place, such as neighbor or if you need to contact Nairobi Run Team.
  2. If the estimated delivery date has passed and you have not received your T-shirt, please contact us (email: contact@Nairobi.Run). We will investigate with the courier and strive to deliver your T-shirt as soon as possible.

Damaged T-shirts:

  1. Please ensure to countercheck during pickup/delivery to confirm that all the mentioned items have been delivered and are free from defects. If your T-shirt is damaged when you receive it, you can refuse the delivery.
  2. Please Note we do not accept returns after the goods have been accepted.  For such, please inspect the item carefully upon delivery and if necessary reject it on the spot.
